How it works

From browsing a building to earning its rent

Four steps. No mortgage, no management, no six-figure cheque — just a share of a real, income-producing property.

It starts with a building
Step 1

Browse the market

Every property is vetted, valued and split into a fixed number of equal shares. Browse by country and type, and study the real rent history and documents before you commit a cent.

A share is a slice
Step 2

Buy your shares

Own as much of the building as you like — one share or a thousand. Each is a real fraction of the property, and of the rent it earns. Fund your account, pick your shares, and the stake is yours.

Step 3

Earn rent every month

Tenants pay rent; your share flows straight to your account, in proportion to what you hold. No management, no maintenance calls — just income accruing in your portfolio.

Grow — and sell anytime

As the property’s value and rent grow, so does your stake. Want out? List your shares and sell whenever you choose — no waiting for the whole building to change hands.

Why fractional

Real estate, without the barriers

The oldest way to build wealth — made small enough for anyone to start.

Start small

No mortgage, no six-figure deposit. Put in what you’re comfortable with and grow your stake over time, one share at a time.

Income + upside

Collect your share of the rent as it’s paid, and share in the property’s value as it grows. Two ways your money can work.

Liquid when you need it

Property is famously slow to sell. List your shares on the marketplace and exit when it suits you — not years down the line.

Vetted & managed

Each property is inspected, valued and run by a professional operator. You own the share; the day-to-day is handled for you.

Many markets, one account

Hold a slice of a city apartment, a coastal villa and a boutique hotel — diversification a single purchase could never offer.

Transparent by design

Real rent history, real documents, real ownership structure — everything on the table before you commit a cent.

The difference

You shouldn’t need a fortune to own property

The old way

  • Months of process, city to city
  • A mortgage and a six-figure deposit
  • Vet managers, chase financing
  • One property, in one city
  • Slow and costly to ever sell

Fractional

  • Start in minutes, from anywhere
  • From a small amount — no mortgage
  • Vetted, valued and managed for you
  • Many markets from one account
  • Sell your shares whenever you like
Questions

Fractional real estate, explained

A fixed fraction of a specific property — a “share” — held through a dedicated ownership entity. It entitles you to the same fraction of the rent the property earns and of its value over time.

Two ways: rent, paid to you regularly in proportion to your shares; and appreciation, realised when you sell your shares for more than you paid as the property’s value grows.

Yes — you list your shares on the marketplace and another investor can buy them, so you’re not waiting for the entire building to be sold. Liquidity depends on a buyer being available.

A professional operator handles tenancy, maintenance and collections. You own the share and receive your portion of the net income — no landlord duties.

Leave your name, email and phone in the form at the top of the page. A specialist will reach out to walk you through opening an account and choosing your first shares.
